This project was developed for Davivienda as part of an internal campaign called “Regala con Sentido”, focused on reinforcing the company’s gift policy. The objective was to clearly communicate that employees can only receive gifts within a defined value limit from clients and suppliers, while promoting transparency and ethical behavior

From a UX and communication perspective, I focused on making the message easy to understand and hard to ignore. The information was simplified and structured in a clear way, allowing employees to quickly grasp the policy without feeling overwhelmed by corporate language.

Visually, the campaign was designed to be approachable and engaging, avoiding a restrictive or overly formal tone. Instead, I used friendly but professional graphics to create a balance between clarity and brand identity, making the message feel more accessible and relatable.

One of the key outcomes was how effectively the visual communication influenced behavior. Employees not only understood the policy, but also followed it, which showed that the message was both clear and impactful.

Overall, this project reflects how design can support internal communication by turning complex or sensitive topics into simple, understandable, and actionable messages.
